If you plan to use QuarkXPress 2015 on El Capitan immediately, be aware that due to some significant changes to the operating system APIs you will likely experience crashes or other unwanted behavior.

This year we expect to be able to do that within the same time frame, so we’ll most likely release an update of QuarkXPress 2015 that’s officially supported on OS X El Capitan before October 22. The last three years we have released a supported version of QuarkXPress within three weeks of a new OS X being officially released. As always we need to have our hands on the final release version of the new OS X to start certification tests. When you use QuarkXPress for production, please be aware that QuarkXPress 2015 is NOT yet supported on El Capitan. For more information on safely testing and creating a way to revert to your previous set up visit. We’d like to urge you to test the new operating system on a test system and NOT on your production system.

If you need the Font Panel in Photoshop on an M1 system, you can run Photoshop using Rosetta. Photoshop users: The Extensis Font Panel in Adobe Photoshop requires more work on our part to run natively on an M1 system. Our auto-activation plug-ins are also ready for Apple M1 systems. Suitcase Fusion is a Universal application: it can run on both M1 and Intel Macintosh systems.
